Tia Sharma has been an accomplished Lead Technical Talent Acquisition at Elite Technical since April 2021. Prior to this, Tia served as the Lead Accounts Manager at Dotmelon Inc. Tia has an extensive background in recruiting and managing teams, having held roles such as Talent Acquisition Counsellor at Baanyan Software Services, Inc., Sr Resource Manager at West Coast Consulting, and Sr Technical Recruiter at TechMatrix Inc. Tia holds a Masters degree in Literature from RDWC BBSR INDIA.
