Elite Volley is a development-focused volleyball ecosystem with entities in the US and the EU. We nurture U16–U23 athletes and guide families, teams, and brands through clear, compliant pathways—college, NIL, and professional—supported by a FIVB-licensed agency (License #220084) and a global network established since 2006.

Divisions (who does what):
• EV Digital (EliteVolley.com) — the platform that connects athlete profiles, opportunities, and partners.
• EV Dev (Rise, Stars & Spikes USA) — holistic youth development (sport/soft skills), opportunity strategy & readiness programs, and transparent NCAA placement support.
• EV NIL Agency — branding, compliant NIL endorsement deals with clear deliverables, disclosure, and reporting that teams can rely on.
• EV Pro Agency — representation, career planning, and protection for elite athletes.
• EV Global (Sports Tourism) — tours, combines, clinics, and recruit-trip experiences that provide real exposure.

For universities and compliance offices: when appropriate, and with counsel, we can act as a U.S. agent petitioner for O-1A in athletics, aligning itineraries, contracts, and advisory letters to ensure elite international athletes can work and compete in the U.S. within federal rules.

Athlete-first. Compliance-driven. Globally connected. From first discovery to brand-safe activations, our promise is mentorship with measurable progress—guiding potential into careers.
