Katie Kilnes

Katie Kilnes is currently the Head of Strategy and Operations at Elix. Previously, Katie served as a Board Member at Ansea, a lifestyle brand focusing on sustainable swimwear for women who love the water. Prior to that, Katie worked as a Principal at Solera Capital, a women-led growth equity firm. Katie also has experience as an Associate at Health Warrior, Inc. and has interned at both Solera Capital and University of Richmond. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and International Business from the University of Richmond.
