Michelle Shannon

Michelle Shannon, MBA, PMP, is an experienced Operations and Information Systems Director. They began their career as a Legal Assistant at Maguire & Schneider, LLP, and subsequently served as an Escrow Officer at Ohio Real Title Agency. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at CVS Caremark Corporation, where they held various roles including Facets Configuration Analyst and Configuration Manager. Most recently, Michelle was the Director of Clinical Business Systems at Elixir. They earned their BA in Economics and Philosophy from John Carroll University and completed an MBA in Finance at Cleveland State University.
