Sarab Birdi

Sarab Birdi currently serves as Finance Director at Elixir Distillers, overseeing financial operations for the Tormore whisky distillery and the construction of the new Portintruan whisky distillery. Prior experience includes roles at Treasury Wine Estates, where Sarab held positions as Head of Commercial Finance and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making and financial operations across EMEA. Additional experience includes leadership positions at T.M. Lewin, ColArt, dunnhumby, Burberry, Cable & Wireless, and First Rate Exchange Services, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and team development. Sarab holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Warwick and is ACCA qualified from Strathmore College of Accountancy.
