Marisa Pierini

Marisa Pierini is an experienced Human Resources professional and educator with a diverse background in administrative support, teaching, and talent representation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Elixir Technologies since September 2023, Marisa implements and maintains HR systems and contributes to the strategic partnership for the new HCM system. Previous roles include Human Resources Assistant at Ojai Unified School District and Administrative Assistant to the Director of Managed Care and Network Operations at Clinicas Del Camino Real Inc, where Marisa developed organizational processes and managed employee-related tasks.
