Dr. Emiko Caerlewy-Smith is a seasoned financial services professional currently serving as a Partner at Elixirr, where leadership is focused on global Private Equity, Wealth & Asset Management, alongside heading Investor Relations. With a history of founding and leading KIT Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in financial services and sustainable finance, Dr. Caerlewy-Smith has also contributed as a Capital Markets Advisor for The Prince's Accounting for Sustainability Project. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Barclays in the Channel Islands and various positions at Lloyds Banking Group and PwC, where strategic initiatives in wealth management and client engagement were emphasized.
