Toshiana Baker is a seasoned professional in the spa, beauty, and wellness industry, currently serving as the US Prestige - Director of Events, Education and Training Development at Elizabeth Arden since January 2023. With a strong commitment to diversity, Toshiana is the Founder of the Network of Multi-Cultural Spa and Wellness Professionals, promoting a culture of support and resources for multi-cultural professionals. As CEO and Principal Consultant of SpaWorx, Toshiana focuses on training, education development, and business strategies to drive financial success for various brands. Additional roles include Commissioner and Executive Secretary at the COMTA, where Toshiana helps maintain accreditation standards in massage therapy and aesthetics, and a guest lecturer at Christine Valmy International School. Previous experience encompasses significant leadership positions at Elizabeth Arden, Premier Salons, and Anastasia Beverly Hills, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in News and Digital Journalism from Syracuse University, and a cosmetology license.
