Amanda Nuckoles

Amanda Nuckoles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, advocacy, and management. Currently serving as the Visual Interpreter Manager at Aira since February 2019, Amanda oversees global agent-client interactions, coordinates numerous projects, and provides essential visual interpretation for the Blind and Low Vision Community. Concurrently, Amanda is an Elizabeth Dole Foundation Fellow for Tennessee, advocating for caregivers of veterans and collaborating with government officials to improve care and resources for families. As a Veteran Caregiver and Advocate since 2013, Amanda has effectively represented patients and developed medical care plans while maintaining a strong social media presence. Previous roles include Lead Manager at COPS Monitoring, Executive Assistant at Howard Industries, and Communications Manager at Hattiesburg Police Department, showcasing a diverse skill set in crisis management, operational coordination, and community engagement.
