Angelena Taylor is currently serving as a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional at Golden Steps ABA, while also holding the position of 2021 Dole Caregiver Fellow for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, advocating for military caregivers. Previously, Angelena worked as a Care Coach at Charlie Health and a Behavioral Care Counselor at Cerebral, managing a caseload of over 200 clients with diverse mental health diagnoses. Angelena's experience includes representing unpaid family caregivers as a Caregiving.com Champion and serving as a Special Education Teacher at Cesar Chavez Academy High School. Additionally, Angelena has contributed as a CARE Fellow at Caring Across Generations and as a summer school teacher in the Piper STEM fellowship program. Angelena has held positions as a Behavior Specialist at Neighborhood Service Organization and a Behavioral Consultant at Children's Hospital of Michigan. Angelena holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University and is currently pursuing a postbaccalaureate certificate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University.
