Lisa Ducharme is an experienced professional and coach specializing in executive and team building, currently serving as an Executive and Team Building Results Coach at Your 15 Minute Coach since May 2022. Lisa is also a Dole Caregivers Alumni at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where involvement includes support and leadership opportunities for military and veteran caregivers. With a diverse background in education, Lisa has held roles such as Entrepreneur In Residence at the University of Connecticut School of Business and Adjunct Professor at Westfield State University. Previous experience includes Executive Director of the New England Veterans Chamber of Commerce and various positions within the United States Veterans Chamber of Commerce, emphasizing support for veterans and their families. Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration from Westfield State University and has completed several certifications, including one in Social Media Management from Georgetown University.
