Pavel Sullivan

Pavel Sullivan has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation since January 2015. Previously, Pavel held multiple leadership roles at the same organization, including Chief of Staff, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Development. Prior to this, Pavel was the Associate Director of Annual Giving & Donor Relations at the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra from June 2013 to January 2015. Pavel's career began with the YMCA of Greater Rochester as the Coordinator of Annual Giving and also included various roles at the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, such as Manager of Annual Giving, Marketing Coordinator, and Development Projects Coordinator. Pavel holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education with a focus on Piano from the Eastman School of Music, completed in 2007.
