Tiffany Prowant, BSOL, currently serves as Manager of West Wing Equipment Prep at Pfizer, following a secondment from their role as Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist in the West Wing Ecosystem, where responsibilities include overseeing Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) processes to enhance operational efficiency. With extensive experience in continuous improvement, technical writing, and program development, Tiffany has held various positions such as Senior Technical Writer at Great Plains Manufacturing, Owner of True North Business Services, and Alumni Fellow at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, advocating for military veterans.
