Dianne Giles

Dianne Giles is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited since July 2023. Previously, Dianne held the position of Regional People Partner at Poundland & Dealz from May 2022 to July 2023, and served as Divisional HR Business Partner at both Four Seasons Health Care from June 2020 to May 2022 and brighterkind from January 2018 to June 2020. Extending a robust background with B&Q between October 2002 and January 2018, Dianne's roles included National HR Business Partner for B&Q Homefit, Employee Relations Advisor, Store HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager, among others.
