Jennifer Washburn has extensive experience in support and case management roles, currently serving as a Youth Addiction Support Worker at Lookout Society since August 2020 and as a Case Manager at The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver since November 2019. Previously, Jennifer held positions at Maximus Cleaning from May 2011 to August 2020, and served as an Assistant Resident Manager at Crosby Property Management from May 2011 to September 2012. Jennifer also contributed to courthouse operations as a Deputy Sheriff at the Governor General's Office from February 2006 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics from The University of Lethbridge, a Diploma in Social Work from Vancouver Community College, and additional training from Greystone College.

Much of the help we provide is made possible thanks to donations. EFry’s gender-responsive programs work because they are designed to address the four sisters of trauma and violence – addiction, mental illness, homelessness and incarceration. We help women take control of their physical and mental health and build brighter futures for themselves and their children.
