Ashley Thompson has extensive experience in program implementation and management within the international health sector, currently serving as Manager of Program Implementation and Country Management at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since September 2009. Prior roles include Country Officer in the same department, Grant Writer at Global Education Services, and Technical Advisor for the ARV Adherence Program in Togo. Earlier experience includes positions as Program Manager at Global Education Services and as a Rural Community Health Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Benin. Ashley holds a Master of Public Health in International Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College, along with a semester abroad studying the Kenya Coastal Studies program.
