Lilian Lugenge

Lilian Lugenge serves as the Quality Improvement Manager at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, a position held since April 2011. Prior experience includes the role of Program Officer within the same organization. Lilian Lugenge holds a Registered Nurse qualification and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the School of Nursing Muhimbili National Hospital and the Open University of Tanzania, along with a Master of Project Management (MPM) from the Open University of Tanzania.
