Raphael Dumakude

Raphael Dumakude serves as a Health Informatics Systems Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading training initiatives, hardware setups, software installations, and troubleshooting IT issues. Previously, Raphael gained experience as an IT System Support Intern at Mzuzu University from January 2018 to March 2019, focusing on LAN configuration and network issue resolution. Additionally, roles at Tee Comp & Comm involved troubleshooting computer systems, maintaining antivirus software, and providing technical support to clients such as the National Bank of Malawi and Malawi Electoral Commission. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from Mzuzu University, completed in 2017.
