Serge Baliahamwabo

Serge BALIAHAMWABO is an experienced professional in finance, operations, and administration within the non-profit sector, currently serving as Deputy Chief of Party-Operations at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since February 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing various operational departments including finance, IT, and human resources, as well as managing donor relations and compliance functions.
