Arnora Balidemaj, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mama Rosas Cucina until 2020. Arnora then transitioned to the legal field and joined Rios Law Firm, P.C as a Paralegal in 2020, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they shifted their focus to human resources and joined Elizabeth Seton Children’s as a Human Resources Assistant. Later on, they were promoted to the role of Talent Management Associate in 2022.

Arnora Balidemaj, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Arnora attended the college from 2016 to 2020. Arnora also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Mercy College from 2021 to 2022.
