Heather M. Betancur

Heather M. Betancur is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, office management, and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of People and Marketing at Elk Range Royalties since June 2021, Heather has previously held significant roles including Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at Contender Energy Partners, LP, as well as similar positions at UCS Group, LLC and the State of New Mexico Human Resources Department. With a foundational education from New Mexico State University and Goddard High School, Heather has developed a strong skill set in organizational and management functions throughout their career.
