Lamè Kinikini

Lamè Kinikini is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and diversity initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of Elk Ridge Management since January 2020, Lamè has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previously, Lamè held various leadership roles at Vivint Smart Home from March 2015 to February 2022, including General Manager, Sales Office Manager, and Assistant Manager. Lamè also served as Vice President of Diversity at Weber State University from August 2015 to May 2017, where significant contributions included overseeing a diversity board, organizing numerous events, and facilitating challenging discussions on sensitive topics. Other leadership experience includes serving on the Presidential Leadership Team at Snow College and working as a missionary in Ghana, West Africa, with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Lamè holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Weber State University and an Associate's Degree in Science from Snow College.
