Christy Blanton

Christy Blanton is a licensed massage therapist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Elk River Club since April 2023. Previously, Christy held similar positions at Heavenly Touch Day Spa and Tanning from December 2022 to May 2023 and at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa from May 2020 to July 2022. Christy trained as a massage therapist at Sarasota School of Massage Therapy from January 2019 to January 2020, earning a diploma for 800 hours of study in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. In addition, Christy is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher from Lisa Powers Academy, completed in 2018. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute. Prior to pursuing a career in massage therapy, Christy served as an office manager for Attachment Parenting International from April 2013 to December 2017.
