Natalia Sahaidak is a professional with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and sales within the technology and insurance industries. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at ELK Studios since January 2024, Natalia previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Crowdin from March 2020 to January 2024, contributing to the company's localization technology and services. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Manager at Tseko-Ukraine, where the focus was on quality window and door fittings, and as an Insurance Manager at CJSC "Insurance Company PROVIDNA," one of Ukraine's largest insurance firms. Natalia started their career in customer service at Finance-Invest. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Insurance from Ternopil Academy of National Economy and has furthered education through courses at GoIT and Microsoft Reactor Stockholm.
