Claudia Andersen

Claudia Andersen has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Claudia is currently working at Elkem ASA, where they started in 2008 and has held various HR roles. Their most recent position is HR Director for Elkem Carbon Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager, Senior HR Consultant, and HR Consultant within the company.

In addition to their experience at Elkem ASA, Claudia also served as a Member of the Board at Utenlandsforum from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they were a Trade Officer at AICEP Portugal Global from 2005 to 2007.

Claudia's early career includes a role as a Trade Officer at the Brazilian Embassy in Norway from 1993 to 1998, and they started their professional journey as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte from 1984 to 1986.

Claudia Andersen has a diverse education history. In 1983-1986, they studied at UERJ and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing, which they did not complete. Claudia then attended Wang Handelsskole og Gymnas from 1988 to 1989, focusing on Marketing. In 1989-1992, Claudia returned to BI Norwegian Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management. Later, they attended BI Norwegian Business School again in 1998-1999 and completed another Master's degree in Marketing Management. In 2013-2014, they pursued a field of study in Labor law (Arbeidsrett) at the University of South-Eastern Norway through HR Akademiet / HR Norge.
