Deborah Ossenkamp

Deborah Ossenkamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management, supply chain operations, and diplomatic relations. Currently serving as Quality Manager and Purchasing Manager for Raw Materials at Elkem ASA since September 2008, Deborah focuses on supporting foundry plants through knowledge transfer and supplier development. Previous roles include Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing Manager at Elkem ASA Bremanger, where responsibilities included logistics planning and procurement for ferro-silicon smelting. Prior to Elkem, Deborah held diplomatic positions with New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade in Berlin and Madrid, involving extensive reporting on international relations and trade negotiations. An accomplished academic, Deborah holds a BA (Hons 1st Class) in German Language and Literature as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1st Class) from the University of Otago.
