Haley Knudson

Haley Knudson, PhD, serves as a Corporate Sustainability Specialist at Elkem ASA since January 2023, focusing on sustainability knowledge development and the management of Scope 3 GHG emissions. Prior to this, Haley Knudson completed a PhD in Economics and Management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2018 to 2022, with a thesis on multilevel considerations for sustainability management. During a tenure at NTNU from October 2014 to October 2023, Haley Knudson held positions as an Assistant Professor and Research Coordinator, contributing to studies on business models for sustainability and leading significant research initiatives. Earlier experience includes an internship at UNCTAD, where Haley Knudson supported research on investment trends linked to sustainable development. Haley Knudson holds a Master of Science in Globalization and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
