Hilary Martin has over two decades of experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Customer Satisfaction Specialist and previously as Manager of Customer Service at Elkem Silicones since July 2001, Hilary has also held the position of Customer Service Manager at BlueStar Silicones and Rhodia from 2001 to 2008. Prior experience includes roles at Lucent Technologies as a Team Leader in Customer Service and as a Credit and Collections Representative at Samsung Electronics. Hilary earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Houghton University between 1989 and 1993.
