Mark Sims boasts over 27 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as Change Management Lead and General Manager at Elkem ASA since 2007, where previous roles include Technical Sales Manager. Prior to Elkem, Mark held positions at Ford Motor Company from 1999 to 2007 as Foundry Shift Supervisor and Foundry Process Engineer, as well as at Potterton Myson from 1995 to 1999, where roles included Melt Manager and Foundry Process Engineer. Mark holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from Loughborough University, completed in 1995, and received foundational education at Myton School from 1985 to 1991.
