Ole-Andreas Sandnes

Ole-Andreas Sandnes has extensive experience in finance and analytics, currently serving as Finance Partner for Global Operations & Supply Chain at Elkem ASA since August 2019. In this role, Ole-Andreas manages the Profitability Improvement Program within the Elkem Silicones Division. Previous positions include Financial Manager overseeing finance and procurement for the Elkem Bremanger plant and Business Analyst focused on R&D portfolio management, forecasting, and productivity analysis. Ole-Andreas has also held roles as a Teaching Assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Summer Intern at Clarksons Platou Securities, and Junior Analyst at Kapital. A graduate of NTNU with a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management, Ole-Andreas furthered education at UC San Diego and BI Norwegian Business School.
