Pallavi Shejwal

Pallavi Shejwal currently serves as a Technical Sales Manager in the Construction division at Elkem ASA since May 2023. Prior to this, Pallavi held positions at Dow, first as Lead Technical Service & Development for Building and Infrastructure from January 2022 to April 2023, and then as Associate Technical Service & Development from January 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing technical support across multiple regions in India and conducting seminars for industry professionals. Pallavi's earlier experience as a Structural Engineer involved various roles, including cost estimation and design analysis for industrial steel structures at Verres Consultancy, Aluvision Facade Solutions, and SIVOKO AFRICA. Academically, Pallavi has a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research.
