Pratik Dabholkar

Pratik Dabholkar is a professional with extensive experience in technical sales and management within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently an Assistant Manager in Technical Sales at Elkem ASA since June 2023, Pratik previously held the same role at INSERTEC Furnaces & Refractories from March 2022 to May 2023, focusing on refractory and furnace manufacturing. Prior to that, Pratik served as Assistant Manager of Melting at Maurya Group Kolhapur from February 2018 to February 2022 and as Quality Assurance Manager at Vinmar Diesels from January 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing quality control activities and audits. Pratik holds a degree in Production and Development from KIT's College of Engineering Kolhapur and a diploma in Metallurgical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Kolhapur.
