Tor Ukkelberg

Tor Ukkelberg has a diverse range of work experience. Tor currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Elkem ASA since April 2021. Tor is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Collectia AS from January 2023. Previously, Tor worked at Aker Solutions, where they held various positions, including Senior Vice President - Business Integrity and Compliance (October 2019 - April 2021) and Vice President - Head of Business Integrity and Compliance (August 2014 - October 2019). From August 2013 to July 2014, they worked as a Senior Advisor - Business Integrity & Compliance at Aker Solutions. Prior to that, Tor served as the Director, Group Head of Compliance at Lindorff from October 2005 to April 2013, and as a Quality Director from May 2004 to October 2005. Tor started their career as a Lawyer at Advokatfirmaet T.H Gjesdal from March 1999 to May 2004.

Tor Ukkelberg obtained their Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Oslo, studying law from 1992 to 1997.
