Evert Jansen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding key positions such as HRM adviseur at Gemeente Hoogeveen and Teamleider Personeels- en Organisatieontwikkeling at Veiligheidsregio Groningen. Jansen also served as Hoofd P&O Advies at Treant Zorggroep, leading a team of approximately 30 advisors, and has experience in interim management roles including Manager Sociaal Domein at Gemeente Tynaarlo. As a certified MDI consultant, Jansen specializes in behavioral and motivation analysis for both individuals and teams.
