Jeff Hemmerlein

Jeff Hemmerlein serves as the Principal at Elkhart Community Schools since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as Principal and Assistant Principal at South Bend Community School Corporation from October 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, Jeff Hemmerlein spent over 17 years in various positions, including teacher and Activities/Athletic Director at Elkhart Community Schools. Additionally, Jeff Hemmerlein owned and operated Hemmerlein Photography from August 2004 to August 2014. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Bethel College and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education from Indiana University South Bend.
