Shannon Stanley

Shannon Stanley has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Academic Dean and 3rd Grade Teacher Leader at Elkhart Community Schools since July 2017. With a background that includes roles as a K-2 Interventionist and Kindergarten Teacher, Shannon demonstrates leadership through participation in various committees, data-driven instructional practices, and the coordination of programs for student achievement. Prior experience includes teaching positions at South Bend Community School Corporation, Granger Community Church, Penn Harris Madison School Corporation, and Paulding County School System, showcasing a commitment to early childhood education. Shannon also possesses a strong foundation in management and operations from a previous career in banking at SunTrust. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Curriculum Development and Leadership, both from Ball State University.
