Charles Elkins

Charles Elkins is an experienced professional in environmental engineering and consulting with a significant background in landfill gas management and solid waste infrastructure. As President of Elkins Earthworks, LLC since August 2005, Charles leads strategic operations and business development efforts for the company. Additionally, Charles served as President of Monitoring, Control and Compliance, Inc. from June 2005 to May 2025, focusing on regulatory compliance and emissions monitoring. Charles has also contributed as Director of Patriot Runners, an organization aimed at supporting combat-wounded veterans, and previously held key positions at Tyco International, Shaw Environmental, Inc., and SAS Environmental, managing projects associated with landfill gas and groundwater remediation. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology with an emphasis on Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Kent State University.
