Erik Zotter

Erik Zotter has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, validation, and management. Erik is currently the Vice President of People, Organization & Communications - North America at Ellab - Validation & Monitoring Solutions since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Global Talent Management at the same company from January 2023 to January 2024. Erik also served as the Director of Human Resources, US at Ellab from January 2018 to January 2024.

Before joining Ellab, Erik worked as a Sr. Validation Consultant at Zotter Enterprises, LLC from April 2015 to January 2018. Erik also held several roles at Azzur Group, including VP Business Development from October 2014 to March 2015, General Manager from June 2012 to September 2014, Project Manager from May 2009 to May 2012, and Sr. Validation Engineer from June 2007 to May 2009. Erik started their career as an Opto-Electronics Manufacturing Technician at Lucent Technologies from January 1998 to March 2002. Erik also worked as the HEPA Certification Lead at Micro-Clean Green Technologies from April 2002 to June 2007.

Erik Zotter attended Cornell University from 2014 to 2016, studying Executive Leadership. Prior to that, they attended Lincoln Tech from 1996 to 1998, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a certification in PACE Surface Mount Soldering Technology from Pace.
