Ellandi’s mission is to curate the best possible town centres for the benefit of local communities, partners, stakeholders and investors.

We are the UK's leading investment manager of destination and local Shopping Centres and are privately owned. This allows our core values of Integrity, Community, Empowerment and Expertise to inform and guide everything we do.

Our deep tenant relationships, unrivalled knowledge of regional retailing and understanding of our shoppers, allows us to apply an analysis led, strategic approach, to asset and investment management and development management.

Over the last 16 years we have established an unrivalled track record of successfully creating bright and vibrant, retail-led spaces at the heart of the communities across the UK. This has allowed our retail partners to thrive, whilst driving both income and capital value growth for our investors.

Ellandi has always recognised the role of complementary alternative uses in successful place making, delivering award winning mixed-use developments that have re-invigorated underinvested town centres.

Team Ellandi are all experts with decades of experience, but are still excited and motivated by the positive change we achieve for communities, retailers and investors to create sustainable urban places with purpose
