David Payling is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance at Ellandi since May 2021, David previously held positions such as Interim Finance Director at Brewin Dolphin Ireland and Head of Financial Risk and Internal Control at Brewin Dolphin. David's career includes significant roles at Agora Microfinance Zambia as CFO and Deputy CEO, and as Interim CFO, along with experience as Head of External Reporting at The Evolution Group plc and Senior Manager at Deloitte. David Payling earned a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge, following education at Silcoates School.
