Tim Adams

Tim Adams, MBA, CEBS, serves as Vice President at Ellement Consulting Group since September 2022, specializing in benefit and pension administration alongside actuarial and investment consulting. With 29 years of experience in leadership and consulting roles, Tim is dedicated to enhancing client experiences while driving growth in the competitive TPA and pension consulting sectors. Prior to Ellement, Tim held multiple vice president positions at BPA Consulting Group and BPA Insurance Agencies Ltd., and served as Director of SBTA Operations at The PBAS Group. Tim contributed to the Canadian CEBS Committee from 2007 to 2009, overseeing the educational program in pensions and benefits. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
