Aradhita Agarwal

Aradhita Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tea industry and finance. Currently serving as Director at Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Ltd since September 2022, Aradhita also co-founded Chaika Tea in July 2019 and holds the title of Director of Operations at Varun Tea Plantations Limited and Ellenbarrie Tea and Industries Ltd, responsible for the production and sale of significant quantities of tea annually. Previous experience includes roles as an FX & Local Market Rates sales analyst and a Private Wealth Management intern at BNP Paribas, alongside a summer analyst position at BlackRock focusing on risk analysis, and at Credit Suisse working on asset servicing. Aradhita is a Certified Tea Taster and has an academic background in Economics from the National University of Singapore, complemented by studies at various prestigious institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
