Basudev Nagchowdhury

Basudev Nagchowdhury has over 40 years of experience in operations and manufacturing of industrial and medical gases. Basudev worked for Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Ltd as Vice President Operations from May 2017 to present and for four years before retiring in June 2023. Basudev also worked for Linde Gases and Linde Engineering, Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd, and Linde India Limited in various roles such as Head of Operations and General Manager. Currently, they are looking for consulting or retainership jobs at a senior level.

Basudev Nagchowdhury completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala from 1976 to 1980. Basudev then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1980 to 1982. Prior to their master's degree, they also attended Tripura Engineering College from 1975 to 1980, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering-related Technologies/Technicians.
