Sarom Kim, LCSW, currently serves as the Lead PACT Clinician and IDDT Coordinator at Ellenhorn, with a focus on Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment and assertive community treatment. Previous experience includes working as a Substance Abuse Specialist on the ACT Team at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where involvement in outpatient psychiatry was emphasized. Sarom's early career includes roles such as Outpatient Women’s Health Social Worker Intern and ACT Clinical Social Worker Intern at Mount Sinai Health System, as well as therapeutic and developmental support positions at Early Help LA and Vista Del Mar. Sarom holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Columbia School of Social Work and a BA in Psychology from Boston College.
