Samantha Riley currently serves as the Executive Director of the Rural Health Network at Ellenville Regional Hospital since September 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha spent seven years at the UCONN Center for Culture, Health, and Human Development as a Family Development Credentialing Course Instructor and led the Family Resources Department at Dutchess Community Action Partnership, where duties included community outreach, case management, and data management. Earlier experience includes working as a Family Support Worker at Early Head Start - Ulster Community Action, focusing on health tracking and family engagement. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate's degree from Dutchess Community College.
