Jamie Baggott

Jamie Baggott is an experienced Master Distiller currently with Ellers Farm Distillery, contributing to the establishment of a state-of-the-art distillery focused on environmental sustainability since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jamie served as Master Distiller at The British Honey Company and Ballykeefe Distillery, leveraging extensive expertise in the distillation field. Jamie's career also includes significant management experience as the Master Distiller and Operations Manager at Chase Distillery and General Manager at Dobbies Garden Centres plc, where responsibilities included operational oversight, staff management, and strategic sales initiatives. Jamie's educational background includes O levels in Maths, Art, History, Biology, and Food Science from George Eliot from 1980 to 1984.
