Martin Farr

Martin Farr has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Martin is currently the Head of Operations at Ellerston Capital, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager, Investment Operations and Control at the same company from November 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Ellerston Capital, Martin held the position of Senior Manager, Responsible Entity Services at Perpetual Limited from April 2017 to November 2021. Martin also worked at Macquarie Group, where they held various roles including Investment Operations - Senior Manager from August 2015 to March 2017, Senior Manager - Managed Funds Team from November 2009 to March 2017, and Trade Support Manager from November 2006 to November 2009. Martin started their career at UBS as a Trade Support Analyst from May 2006 to November 2006.

Martin Farr obtained an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2023 to 2025. Previously, from 1999 to 2003, they pursued their MA Hons in Economics & Accounting at The University of Edinburgh.
