Mari Rusanen

Mari Rusanen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Senior Bolagsjurist at Ellevio AB since June 2023, Rusanen previously held the position of Head of Legal at Coromatic AB from February 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Rejlers between August 2012 and February 2020, and as Försäkringsjurist at Länsförsäkringar Stockholm from April 2011 to July 2012. Rusanen began a legal career as a Junior Bolagsjurist at Suomen Terveystalo Oy from June 2009 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include a Jur.kand/LL.M. degree in Juridik from Uppsala University (2006-2011) and a degree in Political Science from Umeå University (2003-2006).
