Gerda Liik

Gerda Liik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience at Ellex, where tenure spans from October 2010 to the present in various roles including Counsel, Senior Associate, Associate, and Lawyer. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as an External Secondee at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. in late 2011, focusing on Public Transactions and Corporate Advisory, along with an internship as a Summer Trainee at the Estonian Ministry of Justice in July 2008 within the Division of Private Law. Gerda holds a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (2013-2014), a Master of Laws in European Law from The University of Edinburgh (2009-2010), and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Law) from the University of Tartu (2006-2009), complemented by secondary education from Tallinna Inglise Kolledž.
