Paulius Gruodis

Paulius Gruodis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as M&A Partner at Ellex since January 2018. In addition to this role, Paulius holds the position of Vice Chairperson of the Board at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania and has been a Board Member since March 2018. Previously, Paulius was a Partner and Associate Partner at Glimstedt from July 2003 to December 2017, and served as a Board Member at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance from March 2010 to March 2014. Early in the career, Paulius worked as an Associate Lawyer at Jaskutelis, Stasiulis & Masiokas from January 2001 to July 2003.
